Our “product” is delivered value to Clients. Whilst this does involve coaching Clients, and producing reports, these are a means, and not an end in their own right.
We are enthusiastic at sharing responsibility for hands-on delivery, through working “with”, not “around” or “on” our Clients.
We integrate ourselves with the Client Organisation as much or as little as is necessary to achieve this end.
Business Model
We practice what we preach. Our business model is lean, flexible, and aimed at providing our Clients with what they require, not pushing what we have on the shelf.
Our pricing is competitive, but not cheap. We provide best value not lowest price.
We do not shy away from tying our fees to results.
We have to date enjoyed 100% success in this context – our remuneration structure has always, from our Client’s (and our) perspective, been a successful joint investment.
Resources
We deploy top-tier consultancy calibre resources with focused consultancy expertise and flexibility.
We provide the same calibre of resources, and same degree of professionalism as large firms; however all of our consultants have multiple years of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management experience.
None of our team members are “fresh from school”, and we deploy an atypically senior mix of resources.
Independence
We are independent from all hardware, software and “solutions” providers.
We have no broader agenda such as selling technology or being an outsourcing “partner”.
Our consultants focus on meeting our Clients’ business objectives first and foremost and, if so required, apply technology solely to meet this end.
