Initial Outsourcing

This includes:

  • Scoping the business areas within the organisation that are susceptible to be outsourced
  • Defining these to the level of specificity required for tender
  • Qualifying the relevant vendor(s)
  • Ascertaining all legal issues relating to transfer of employees to the new enterprise
  • Negotiation, closure and implementation

Re-tendering Outsourcing

This includes:

  • Reviewing contract with existing vendor(s)
  • Constructing the tender documentation
  • Negotiation, closure, transfer of work

Insourcing

Triton Associates conduct a “diagnostic” to ascertain that the outsourced services are, in point of fact, done with the correct scope, management dashboard and remuneration mechanism.

On occasion, it is necessary to “re-insource” certain operations, and subsequently to define with precision those areas which can, in a subsequent tender event, be outsourced.

This is usually the case for IT services, where the massive “one-off” outsourcing contracts prove to be inflexible and unsatisfactory in meeting the strategic requirements of the Client organisation.
