Often in large organizations, where Purchasing is not considered a “core” competency, there is potential value to be unlocked by considering an external solution, not only for the routine processing of invoices and purchase orders, but also for the actual strategic sourcing component (writing specifications, qualifying vendors, constructing RFx documents, negotiation, closure, compliance monitoring). Such purchasing outsourcing is particularly useful for “non-mission-critical” items such as administrative G&A expense as well as the “spend tail” where hundreds, often thousands of items are bought in small quantities, and the transaction cost becomes a significant component of the all-in cost of the item.

The lower cost base of Triton's “lean operations center” situated in our offshore operations base, allows for our clients to benefit from lower all-in costs. Unlike many competitors, Triton also offers incentive-based remuneration, such that the all-in cost of Triton's services is guaranteed to be a given percentage lower than the current client TCO.
